Held every other month, OYC meetings bring together an international group of yoga teachers to network, collaborate and discuss the business of yoga on Okinawa.

Meeting 2018: TBD
OYC had their very first meeting with a core group of members. After discussing the objectives, we agreed on the following:
1. Simple name: Okinawa Yoga Connection
2. Free membership to attend meetings
3. Low fees to publish profiles on Okinawa Yoga Connection
4. Goal is to give Japanese and English speakers an opportunity to collaborate socially, and in business
5. Help local teachers advertise workshop and training opportunities to the entire Okinawa Yoga community
The Okinawa Yoga Connection was established to facilitate communication between all professional yoga teachers in Okinawa, Japan. Knowing that the community is made up of Japanese speakers and English speakers, it is our intention to bridge the gap and create a stronger more successful yoga community by supporting each other in business. We strongly believe that the observance of ethical business practices is critical to the success of the group.
